Floors - default to ALL
Set Floors to 'all' for users on the Outlook Add-in.

While we still require a user to select a preferred floor we now show all floors in the search results page.

This seems like a simple enough change for Condeco to make. Since this has been requested since 2018 I am not feeling hopeful at all about selecting this software package... We don't have that many meeting rooms and people just want to see them all instead of having to choose a floor first...
