Ability to make fields mandatory for staff to fill in when booking rooms
We would like to be able to specify parameters/fields which are required for our general staff to populate when they are booking the room. Then our Meeting Planning staff will be fully informed as to how to service the event(s).
Desired fields:
Waitstaff Needed: yes/no (required)
Food Service Needed: yes/no (required)
AV Support Needed: yes/no (required)
MPE Planner Needed: yes/no (required)

Great suggestion. It would be even better to be able to customize fields and make them mandatory so this can be tailored.
