Ability to access selected other users' bookings as a delegate
We need users to be able to access selected other users' bookings as a delegate. This is particularly important where we have roles that are 'job shares', as if one user is out of the office then their job sharers need to be able to view and edit their room bookings.
Delegate access is available but only to firms who are using the Outlook plugin. We are choosing not to use the Outlook plugin but still need the ability to provide delegate access. Please can you make delegate access available to all?

Hi!
We’re happy to let you know that in today’s release, we have included this Idea. Once your organization takes the update you will be able to start using the feature.
Thank you for raising your ideas about how to improve Condeco.
Kind regards,
Richard
Condeco Product Team

When a personal assistant (delegatee) creates an outlook meeting with Condeco booking on her manager's (delegate) calendar, it works however when the manager is trying to edit the booking, it's saying he has no permission to do so.
Is there a workaround for this?

We are currently assessing the technical effort for this item, with the aim to be able to give in update mid-January if and when we think we can deliver this feature.

Today, only a maximum 3 people can edit the same booking: the Booking initiator, the Requester name and the Host name
The The Idea is to give edit rights to other co workers, backups, delegates or other colleagues- if needed. this for Outlook or for Webportal bookings.
Wherever you create a booking (from Outlook via the Condeco plug in or on the Webportal) you should be able to give other company colleagues edit rights, by adding Delegate names in your own profile.
OR
if that solves the suggestion: be able to add multiple names in the Requestor name field.

Agreed! We have restricted desks that we need people booking on behalf of an exec to be able to book and not use their own permission level!

We do this currently in the system, but if we wan't someone to have temporary control ownership of the booking, we update the requestor information which in essence allows three people to make changes to the booking (booker, requestor and the host) with the admins have an overarching control.

Users have no admin roles. The delegate should be able to view and edit the visitors of an other employee. For example in a secretariat to people work on the same booking or one person is temporary absent.

Using only the Web Site.
There is no possibility to define a delegate, which can view/update a booking.
For Assistants, this is a daily task.
We have restricted desks that people booking on behalf of an Exec need to be able to book that is not limited to their own permission level!
