  2. Booking form improvements

    • Ability to make recurrent bookings on weeks 1,3&5 or 2&4 (we currently have to manually select the dates for this)
    • More detail in booking summary, specifically who has rejected a booking and the reason they entered for this
    • Protected 'notes' section for those managing bookings (we have a 2 step approval process and currently have to use the booking form notes section, to document approval related comments)

  3. Exclude attendees who decline meetings via Outlook

    Currently due to the nature of Outlook and Exchange Sync to Condeco anyone invited to a meeting is included as an attendee even if they decline the meeting.
    The impact of this is that they will also appear in Contact Tracing as attendees. It would be helpful to find a way to exclude those who decline meetings.

    Great idea. With our new Smart Calendar integration using Microsoft Graph API this is possible in theory, so something we might look at going forward along with suggesting a more suitable room if the number of on-site participants has changed.

  4. We would like an 'all floor' option on Room Finder so that we can search across all floors

    Currently a user is only able to select a single floor at a time when doing a search from Room Finder. We would like it to display an 'all floor' option so that the user is able to easily widen their search across all floors for a location.

  7. Ability to delete attendees from the room booking when added through the Outlook Add-in

    Suggest to add the "bin " / deleting attendee icon when booking through the outlook add in. Would be really helpful to be able to quickly delete attendees when booking through outlook only on the booking form but not in my outlook invite.

    Recommendation feature for both 'Quick room search' and 'Find a Room'

    How it works:
    If there's no room available based on inputted search parameter(s), show the next best alternative date/time slots

    Reason:
    Meeting rooms, especially training rooms, in our organization is a scarce commodity.
    While it's possible to rely on e.g. advanced grid, it's much more efficient and convenient if the system can directly list alternatives upfront

  9. Booking Summary: Make it easier for admin/users to see what has been amended

    Provider better information within the booking summary.

    Under each update within the summary, provide information as to what has been amended during this update.

    The booking summary form should show if an action was done through the web portal or the Outlook add-in. This would help us troubleshoot issues related to the Outlook add in

    Overall it makes it much clearer for an admin to understand what has been added when, and whether we were aware of certain requirements before the most recent booking update.

  10. Delete button on the booking form

    A delete button would be useful to have on the booking forms, as you have to right click on the grid in order to cancel a booking.

  11. Log all the actions of admin users

    Essentially a full audit log for users and admins to get transparency on what happened to the booking.
    We would like a way to ensure all admin actions can be tracked which is a security risk as any malicious action is untraceable. It also allows us to know who to inform when accident changes happen

  12. Email notification in HTML Format

    Room Booking confirmation/notification to be sent as HTML or Rich Text format to make it look more professional.

    We want to add company logo and formatted text to emphasize important information.

    We want to include important web links such as office location.

    We also want to include some infographics in the email if possible.

  13. Relax Find Bookings search criteria, e.g. allow search by date only.

    All fields should be searchable rather than a combination of those fields.

    In some cases, if an admin accidentally deletes the booking, it would be good to be able to search for just cancelled requests / deleted bookings on a given

    ***From Merged Idea:

    I want to be able to confirm if bookings have been scheduled for an individual for a 12 month period in the past/future.

    This makes it easy to say “These are the dates you scheduled, and these are the rooms you are in”

    Everyday users don’t know the exact date and usually give a rough date…

  14. Give users the option to hide on "Home" and "Today" page bookings that have been made on behalf of others

    Users should have the option to hide the bookings they have booked on behalf of others, and only view the Desks booked for them, and Rooms where they are the Host or Requestor, Currently, the Home/Today screens for users who frequently book on behalf of others (Assistants / Receptionists) are crowded and difficult to separate personal bookings and bookings for others.
