Pending bookings that are amended should not require approval for minor changes
When a managed booking has been confirmed it's appearing on the ABG but when a user is amending the booking, it is disappearing from the ABG.
If the time of the meeting changed, it's normal that it's not appearing in the ABG, but if the user just add or removed services, it should stay on the ABG.

Hello Support-Team,
during our test runs we noticed a major usability inconvenience. When a user books a managed room, the room status is set to <provisional> and the user has to wait for the room confirmation by the room admin.
Each time, a user enters modifications, eg. number of attendees, names of external attendees, catering requests, equipment requests, etc, the room status is reset to <provisional>.
This is a major inconvenience for the following reasons:
- additional work for room admins with no added value
- e-mail spam for the same booking procedure for the organizer and/or host of the meeting
- while adding the modifications, the room reservation is off the grid and another user could request that same room
- each time the room confirmation is reset to<provisional>, the prior service requests - eg. catering, equipment, visitors - are completely deleted from the vendor site and only reappear after the room has been confirmed by the room admin.

Or instead of opening up the booking in the same page as Your Booking when they click on Edit, the edit button should open the Booking Form, where the close button does exist.
This would be an easy modification to the existing page code and would make it far easier to implement.

When End User goes into a booking via the Edit Button on "Your Bookings" there is no close button.
Should the End User not make any changes it is not clear how they should exit the booking, as hitting "Update and Close" will put the booking back to a "request" status.
Would be good to have a close button.
