Linked room bookings as 'one' booking
Our users have asked if linked bookings could show as 'one' booking on summary page rather than individual bookings.
This is especially useful for room bookings with varying services, catering and times. Being able see it under a single reference makes it easier for the team to manage.

Would like ability to look at grid and instantly understand that a room is linked, and not just two identically named meetings in side-by-side rooms.

The team would like to be able to make a number of room bookings with varying services, catering and times that can be captured under a single booking reference number;
Examples:
Day workshops (9am Meeting Room 2.01, 2.02 and 2.03, 12pm Lunch Atrium, 1pm Theatre Presentation)
Results events (9am VIP room breakfast, 10am Theatre presentation, 11am Atrium for refreshments)Having it under the single reference makes it easier for the team to manage, esspecially for more complicated meetings.
