Limit the rooms available based on the number of attendees
Limit the rooms available based on the number of attendees and if we can work with a % variation either way.
Ideally if I book a meeting for 10 people it should only show me rooms for 5 - 15 people and no other rooms.
We are seeing that people are booking 25 seater room for only 5 people of which is impacting other areas requiring the big rooms.

Thanks for raising this suggestion.
The way to do this is to Advanced setup > Global Setup > Room Booking and setting the "Ignore room capacity" field to FALSE
