Meeting Notifications - Wording for the 5 minute reminder
Condeco release notes:
"We've added a new option to the meeting reminder on the booking form. You'll now be able to select 'just before meeting start' to get a reminder about 5 minutes before your meeting starts."
This is a good idea however it would make more sense if the wording was "5 minutes before meeting start".
Our End Users like everything very clear and concise.

Is this Just before meeting start option still in the system? One of our users found the screenshot in the guide - https://knowledge.eptura.com/Condeco/06-Configuration/Application_setup/085-Global_settings/Configure_meeting_reminders and we do not have this in our system. Support have told me it isn't possible to configure reminders and that I come here to request an update. So is our system missing functionality or is the online user guide out of date?

Thanks for the comment on our new addition to the meeting reminder. It's a valid point.
We chose 'just before meeting start' as it may be a few minutes more or a few minutes less that 5 minutes due to the way our email task scheduler runs in configured periods. If users see '5 minutes' then we felt that they may rely on it being exactly 5 minutes each time.
