Ability to update meeting title and add attendees when no change is being made to food/service items
We are having this issue only when changes have been made to a booking with food/service items attached to it that are within the food/service item notice period. The validation of food/service item is triggering even though no changes have been made to food/service items
Our users are also seeing an irrelevant error message (an error message about food/service item) when they change they are making is to the meeting title or attendees

This is making a self serve system in to a inoperable system, as far as the end user is concerned.
We are a large law firm and the end users are getting frustrated as they are being prevented from updating bookings (Matter Codes, Guest names etc) if we have service items with a long notification / cut off time ie 3 days for a event lunch. -

Ditto, law firm here too, using an outsourced catering service, hence cut-off times on food ordering. Our reception team need to amend notes in bookings after the cut-off period, and can't.

This is a huge issue for our company (a law firm). We have secretaries and assistants who go into bookings the day of the booking to confirm that catering services and AV services are in the booking correctly or to add/correct a Matter ID or a note for the Attorney they work for and upon saving the services are removed.
