    This is a good idea make it a free type dialog pop-up box similar to the reject. Some users cancel a booking for their boss and then their co-working knows nothing about the cancellation and asks why booking was cancelled. Admin would then be able to check history and advise why booking was cancelled.

    When a user is cancelling a meeting, I would like to gather information about why it was cancelled in free-text form

    Eventually, we would be able to have a report of cancellations
