How can we improve Condeco Enterprise Room Booking?

Blind managed confirmed bookings, if amended drop off the grid

If a blind managed confirmed booking is amended by the end user the booking drops off the grid as it is in a "new and updated" status. This risks the original booked and confirmed room being assigned to another booking request.
It would be better for these bookings to stay on grid and show as pending.

    Agreed, this an essential requirement for the blind managed to work in the client floor.

    I agreee this is paramount for us to be able to manage the scale of meeting rooms that we have on our Client floor.
