How can we improve Condeco Enterprise Room Booking?

Enable Admins to Restrict Booking Time by Group

Enable admins to set restrictions on booking times for groups. For example, for a group "Huddle Rooms" enable admins to restrict users to booking for 4 hours or less. Include a second option to only enable users to book the huddle room once per day.

Hi, In April of this year we added the 'Maximum booking duration' rule to the application. This can be added on a 'per group' basis. You can read more about this at the following links:

We do not currently have plans to restrict the number of bookings a user can make per day, per workspace but if this is still something you still feel is important to you please feel free to discuss this with your Customer Success representative and a new idea can be raised for this item in isolation.     Hi there, is there anyone who forced this idea? For our specific 24/7 employees we need to set a maximum meeting duration of 3 hours. Same thing for booking a personal space!

    A feature limiting the duration of a meeting to 2 hours each room booking would be useful. If admins could bypass this limitation so we can book board meetings and the like. The main issue is avoiding end users booking a meeting room for the whole day.

    Please set an limitation for meeting duration (like 2-4 hours at most), it's not reasonable to book for a whole day.

    Ability to restrict the length of time a meeting room can be booked for.

    We have an issue where people book meeting rooms for the full day to use it as a private office... we need to restrict the Maximum length of a meeting booking.

    There should be the facility to set maximum meeting/booking durations for certain rooms via the group settings.

    We would like to restrict the maximum time that users can book a room for.
    For example, we would like 3 of our meeting rooms to be booked for a maximum of two hours

    This is essential to our business as we have over 5000 users and we have to check each booking which is over 2000 bookings a day to prevent peopel from booking more than two hours at a time.

    For some bigger company, over 10 thousand employees, there are lots of meeting everyday. therefore, it needs to set time limitation on room booking in order to aviod misusing the room. If someone occupies a room for a whole day, it is unfair to other colleagues need the room .

    This will be very useful for bigger company to control the usage of their meeting rooms. Especially when meeting rooms are limited resources. This will allow customer to set more granular rules/policy in the system.

    MTR in Hong Kong wants this feature as well.

    Functionality we absolutely would want. Regularly have users booking meeting rooms as offices which is against the advice/rules we put in place for our office building and reminders of this are not working.

    Office bookings should be allowed for max 2 days - I noticed some are booked for entire week.

    Our business areas wants users not to book meeting rooms for longer than 3 hours.

    We have rules that anything above 3 hours should make use of our conference and ranting centers.
