1. A User books a Meeting Room via Room Finder from OWA
2. The User receives a Booking confirmation email from Condeco
3. At the bottom of the booking confirmation email, there is a cancellation link
4. This Cancellation link is deep-linked and the user simply has to click on the link which opens up Condeco Web Application and click on Cancel button which cancels the booking
5. However when a User books a room via OWA (RF), the booking confirmation email that the user receives has the cancellation link, but its not clickable/deep-linked
6. The user has to manually copy the entire URL, paste it in a browser address bar and when the Web App opens, he/she can then click on the cancel button

Suggestion is to make the cancellation link clickable
