We have a brand new office and the largest request is for users to have a more visual way of booking a room. This also helps them get to grips with the new office layout and where all MRs are compared to where they have sat that day.
Very similar to the condeco mobile app for desk booking.
If you had 'Floorplan' under 'Meeting Spaces' and then had an interactive way of scrolling the the floors and then selecting the meeting room closest to you. It would first display the meeting room info, photo, attributes and then ask if you would like to book.
