Check in process improvement
Please share the reminder to check in at least 30 minutes before cancelling. 7 minutes doens;t give enough time, Especially if you are in a meeting or not close to your email.
Include information on what to do if i didn;t check in, the booking was cancelled, but you are already sitting on the desk. The system doesn;t show the desk as available. Offer users a way to recover from errors. This is one rule of Usability.
Include the feature to check in to the desk from your mobile device. I tried checking in from there and couldn't find the feature. If not possible add a message that theck in can only be done from a PC.
