Condeco already has the capability to check-in to resources within it's platform.

Hi Craig, Condeco already has the capability to allow users to check-in to Personal Spaces and Meeting Spaces. This can be enabled on your application in settings by someone who has been assigned as a 'Condeco Administrator'. Check-in can be enabled on a per group basis and there are advanced business rules that can be applied as well as setting check-in time periods.
