RTS—We are moving to Phase 2
Dear Colleagues,
It’s nearly 2 months since we restarted our Return to Site.
On this return, which is our third since the Work from Home directive was triggered, we have not recorded any major outbreak in our office locations across SCiN. This is a testament of your adherence to the combination of controls and the priority protocols in place to keep everyone safe on site. Well done and thank you.
I want to also recognise the business continuity staff who have held the fort from day one, we can’t thank you enough for your commitment and dedication.
As Country Chair mentioned at the townhall, next month, we are ramping up to allow more employees work from the office on a voluntary basis. This process, which is expected to commence from March 1, 2022, will have no impact on your existing seating/ desk arrangements. From March 1, returning employees will be required to use a desk booking tool to reserve desks before coming into the office. Hence, business continuity personnel and employees who returned to site since December are expected to retain their seats until further notice.
As we move into the next phase, the expectation however is that we will have more people working from the office across all SCiN locations. We are mindful that the COVID-19 pandemic is still with us, hence it is not yet time to let down our guards and we will need your help as pioneers in this process, to continue to guide colleagues and intervene when needed. Adherence to the Combination of Controls and being fully vaccinated remain our best barrier against COVID-19, so please take advantage of the ongoing nation-wide COVID-19 vaccination campaign to get fully vaccinated.
As always, we will continue to communicate with you via the RTS mailbox and share updates on the RTS website. Please continue to share feedback on what we can do to improve your overall RTS experience. We remain committed to listening to you and responding to your questions.
Once again, thank you for setting the pace and giving us the required boost and confidence to move forward with the RTS process.
Stay safe and continue to look out for one another
