Fix integration with Room Finder in Outlook
Dear Condeco team,
We are experiencing issues with double bookings on meeting rooms. Since we can book the rooms via both the Condeco tool itself and in Outlook via "Room Finder" feature, the rooms in Room Finder are showing a green status, making the user think that they are available (despite the fact that they were already blocked/showing busy in Condeco). Upon selecting a particular room in Room Finder, it will be added to your meeting invite directly, leaving the organizer and attendees that the meeting room has been timely arranged. Please fix this 'communication' issue between these 2 tools.
