Have the ability to 'untick' by default to all users not just admins
There should be a option to enable the 'untick' button to sync to calendar for all users not just administrators. Staff are forgetting to untick this option, and we have had several issues with bookings being accidentally cancelled. In a most recent staff survey, we had over 150 requests to have this functionality removed.

I have forgot to untick this on occasions meaning my calendar is quickly becoming blocked with room bookings that do not belong to me. When I deleted these from my own diary it cancelled the rooms. Keen to disable these permanently for bookings I make for others.''Would be good if we can progress this to a positive outcome – its becoming an issue for us.'
