Desk & Meeting waiting list for any cancellation
Names to be added by admin user IE: reception and office managers
Desks numbers not to be covered by coloured dots maybe highlight the desk in a light color if already booked.

Smart today pabe
Can we have some reading of IPaddress or soemthing to make sure that the 'today' page understands when I am traveling? I am not shown local search options while in Germany, the front page assumes I am still in my Home Office in France.

Flash-up button
For the browser version would it be possible to have a button flash up which allows people to check in without having to log into the app?

Add map to grid view
I find the Booking grid a very efficient way to book my desk as it quickly gives an overview of seats and booking in my area. The one addition to this would be a plan/map view below that gave you information on which desk number was in each location. Could it be considered to add this below the grid view?

Clearer meeting times
On the visual tablets outside rooms to make the clean down time a different colour so colleagues know when their meeting should end and stop it from running over.

Accurate Location Email Confirmation
Booked a seat for 475 Richmond road and the email I received says Brampton Campus as the location. Would be nice if the confirmation reflected Richmond location.

Please get rid of the "Today" page - it does not add anything.
Also, instead of bringing up a list of desk numbers to book, why not bring up the floor plan as a default when searching for desks meeting rooms to book?1 vote -
Change the service item Set-up time to a time frame in the set-up time
Example we have a booking start at 10am the system is configured to add a 30 minutes set-up time.
It would be good if we could change the time of the service items so they are then shown with-in the 30 minutes set-up example Coffee in room for 09.455 votes -
Get rid of today page, and release desks if the person hasnt checked in
The today page isn't particularly useful, it would be better if it went straight into the main menu. Also in regards to checking in, it would be better to have an automated email that users would have to respond or click on a link to confirm they are at the desk otherwise the desk gets released, quite often a desk will be booked but the person doesnt turn up to use it.

Team-Overview without extra grouping
Hello! Would be nice to have the possibility to search more than one person (team) at once to have an overview where all "my" collegues are sitting today or any other day.
Waere fein eine Moeglichkeit zu haben nach mehr als einem Kollegen gleichzeitig suchen zu koennen um einen Ueberblick zu bekommen wer wo wann sitzt.

Check In Notification on Smartphone
Hi all, I downloaded the condeco App a few days ago. Unfortunately there is no feature where I get a notification on my smartphone, that I booked a space for today and need to check in. That would be really useful instead of receiving emails.

delegate access to other PAs bookings
Are my bookings visible to anyone else? i.e. a meeting room booking. Just wondering if I was on annual leave and another PA booked a room - how can I now take that forward in adding attendee names and catering etc etc or does it have to be the person that initially booked it? or is it simply an email to the client support team to update? thanks

Reserve whole row for a Team
Could we make some tablepools from the 1. November ago, so all ppl from the same team can sit together ? Like reserve a row for this a specifi team on the dates when they're working. It could be easy if the teamleaders could reserve the whole row than as example.

Recurring desk bookings
Allow us to set a desk booking as recurring (daily, weekly) so we don't need to go into the system every time a new period is opened for booking
