Delivery time
Dear developers,
I have a few suggestions to make the software a bit more user friendly:
Under “delivery time” it is unnecessary to show the date since it’s visible on the top and the user selects it anyway so it is obvious.
The users sometimes confuse delivery time with pick-up time because the pick-up time is more visible than the other. It would be more easy on the eyes if the “Delivery Time” only showed the time without any additional information.

Export reports
To whom it may concern. Is it possible to export reports for days in the office (e.g. Excel reports or a report that could be converted to PDF)? Thank you

Automatic cancellation of booked seat when changing
Hi, if you change your seat within one day. It should be possible to book a new seat and then the currently used seat should be canceled automatically.

"Kollegen suchen" - Gebäudeauswahl
Hi, from my point of view, it is unnecessary, to show all colleagues within "Kollegen suchen". It is unusal, to search someone in another building. I guess, in this case, you would just call them. Showing all, makes it very confusing. Or you should be able to choose the building.

Can you please expand the combo boxes in order to view the full group names. It would help if the app was a little more intuitive.

Temperature control
Can you not also set prefer temperature in personal space so whenever you book your desk that same temperature is applied. Comfort is quite important as well booking.

Booking future spaces
Hi. Would it be possible to be able to book a space longer than a month as a month ahead booking option is only available. As we are continuing to come to work each week on the same day, an option to click same desk for the next 3months or so would be great or even the foreseeable ? many thanks

different module offices visible on one screen
On the personal spaces booking grid, you can only see 1 floor of offices for one module/building at a time. However of the 10 offices in that area, I am only interested in 1. There are few few offices I am interested in across the whole site, but I cannot see them all on one screen. I have to keep selecting different floors/modules to see each one. It would be great if I could select a few "favorites" (e.g. F7-A11, F8-A10, F9-A7) and my default booking grid would only show me those offices.

Can we have the list of desks in numerical order please - it's difficult to check where you are and who will be in the area so you can book close etc.

In setup - preferred workstation which will be the standard station you can change from if you need another station.

A email link to facilities for issues as they arise. Example someone else has parked in your booked spot etc

Meeting spaces - Advanced grid
On the new created grid, is t possible to add weekly or monthly view? Also, is it possible to add just specific rooms ie 1 or 2 rooms on 20F and 1 or 2 rooms on 22F?

Hello, in the booking grid, I don't see the T1 building although we can make desks reservations. Could the T1 be added to the list?

Default workspace booking duration
Can I suggest that the calendar appointment that's sent when you book is from 08:00 to 17:00 ? Right now, it 's just a 30 min appointment so won't be immediately obvious that I'm doing something different for the day...

Could you put a calendar on the Booking Grid please? We are sometimes looking for rooms weeks in advance and it takes a long time to get to the right date

Desk numbers in numerical order automatically
After spending 4 hours putting the desks in number order one by one - for Condeco to then reset this- so I have to do this all over again, one by one.. Can I suggest that you enable desks to be put in number order automatically to then show this on the booking grid as I am really unimpressed by this slow tedious process!
