It would be great to have a map of each floor to see where the rooms are.

Cancel meeting
Make it easy to cancel room bookings. My today page doesn't let me, clicking on the meeting only allows me to edit it. To go to booking grid or advanced grid I have to fill in 100s of extra details like multiple memorable words.

Improved listing of Catering Items
Create a link so that it is easy to see what is included in 'Working Lunch A' as compared to 'Working Lunch B' etc.

This is already possible in Condeco. If an admin sets the "additional information" of a catering item then this text will appear in a popup from an "i" icon next to the dropdown menu in the booking form.

Ability for Smart Calendar to use Delegated Permissions to access Graph API
In relation to the Smart calendar integration with Outlook using Graph API, we are requesting the following recommendation be considered for development by the Condeco Product Team.
Smart Calendar should have the capability to be able to work effectively using ‘Delegate’ instead of ‘Application’, the reason for this request is to provide a more granular granting of permissions by individual users.

The "Onsite" box should be UNchecked by default for the meeting organizer, as many people book rooms on behalf of others.
When booking a room, the meeting organizer is automatically checked as an "onsite" participant, which counts against the room capacity. Please set the box to be UNchecked by default, especially since rooms are often booked by an admin on behalf of others & they will not be attending themselves.

Thanks for providing feedback. Whilst some users book on behalf others, most of our add-in users book for themselves, so it is preferable that this be checked by default.

Floor plan legend
When searching for a desk, in floor plan, the legend is shown at the bottom, on the plan. We cannot see whom that area belongs to.

click on a photo of the room option.
What the room looks like is important depending on the type of meeting that we are having. if we are asking for a price decrease for example it is more appropriate not to use a room that has just been refurbished... also it would help when deciding what attire /kit to bring, some rooms are warmer than others , some stuffy- some cooler, this can be judged by the image quite well. How the room looks also lends itself to the vibe of the meeting.

can you make it so that a desk can be booked only half a day or part of a day please

booking desk system
when booking desks we should be able to book by using the floor plan and not just by the booking grids. its easier when looking at the floor plan you can see what's available and where, so if it was possible to click on the desk space and book like this it would make it alot easier.

No abbreviations
CP, WB, FC, VC mean nothing to me in the choose a meeting space menu.

These abbreviations can be set by your organisation. Also, f you hover over the abbreviation then you can see its full name. Many are industry standard such as VC meaning videoconference.

Book more than 2 weeks in advance
Could you add more days in advance to book. I would like to book 3 weeks out and it's not allowing me to do so. Thank you

Stop Auto-Cancelling Reservations
Not everyone needs to be in the office before 10:30am soCancelling reservations at 10:30am is a bad idea. I have a 1:45pm meeting and wasn't planning on going into the office until the meeting but you cancelled my reservation because I didn't go in before 10:30am.
