Meeting room requirement reminders
I would like to suggest adding a setting in Condeco that sends automated reminders to individuals responsible for adding equipment, changing rooms, etc. or something similar.
This feature would function similarly to the "bump" emails sent for desk check-ins, helping those responsible for room setups by notifying them of bookings, rather than requiring constant manual checks of meeting spaces.

Waiting list for any room that meets my needs
Create a waiting list so that when a room comes available you're able to book one.
For example - I need a room this Tuesday 9.30 to 11.30 for two people but it can be any room in 2MS. Create a form that I can put this information in and when if/one becomes available I am alerted and can book it.

autopopulate booking form
Can the booking form autopopulate with info the user has previously inputted like email, 2nd contact phone number and cost code. This will make it quicker to place bookings as for most teams it will always be the same info.

Request for Meeting Reminder Email for Booking Creator
We would like to request that the creator of a booking also receives a meetig reminder email. Currently, only the host and the requestor are receiving reminder email, but the person who creates the booking does not receive one.

Automatically sync bookings made in Exchange Resource Mailbox back into Condeco
We use Teams MTR devices and users have the ability to "quick book" a room using the panel outside of the room, which automatically blocks out the time in the Exchange Resource Mailbox. We would ideally have these meetings automatically sync'd into Condeco to update the room availability.

API Endpoint For Meeting Room Check In
Can an API endpoint be created for meeting room check ins? We have an automated process in place to check in users today when they arrive to the office. We want to offer the option for the user to allow check ins for their reserved meeting room books when checked into the office. Thank you.

Filter on Groups in Request Module
We got multiple managed groups under one location. It’s only possible to filter using either location or workspace type in Request module. It would be easier for our teams to manage requests if it was also possible to filter based on Group. Since we are using multiple workspace types for one group, it becomes frustrating to always have to filter on each workspace type.

Issue Reporting via Room Screen
It would be very helpful to be able to report an issue in the meeting room equipment via the display.
Possibly using free text or a stored form that is displayed on the screen.
It may be possible to group the topics so that different people are contacted depending on the defect.
In the background, one or more contact e-mail addresses can be stored individually for each meeting room.

Filter by attendee number within a date range to suggest meeting days based on room availability.

I have looked for the last 30 mins to cancel a room. Please make it easy and put Room Cancellation as part of the drop down list on the left of the screen.

Today page smaller pop up
Please can the 'today' page be clearly made a pop up and not take the whole screen with a small close button? It's a bit confusing, especially for new users

Room Booking Availability
User is looking for a Specific room (EX: TheBar Room) which is already booked by somebody else. Once the booked room cancelled by the user at the end moment, the notification goes to the person who have register for the availability. (Ex: Like Railway ticket reservation)

Requestor and Host Contact Info
Hello! I was thinking it may be helpful to require users to enter both requestor AND host info to include full name, email, and phone number before their request is able to be submitted.
We very often have requests that do not include this information, which requires us to reach out to obtain.

Custom rules for Setup Time and Clean Down Time
Rules such as:
If a booking is under 1 hour, dont include clean down time
if a booking is over X hours, include clean down timesimilar options for Setup Time
currently we only have a default time for each which auto applies when making bookings.
