Eine Einstellung, die die Buchung von Desks in einer anderen vorher definierten Business-Group als der eigenen erlaubt, allerdings nur dann, wenn alle Desks in der eigenen Business-Group ausgebucht sind.
Einstellung, die es erlaubt, einen Desk nur dann zu sperren, wenn der direkt daneben liegende Desk auch tatsächlich gebucht ist. Momentan muss man gesperrte Desks vorher starr festlegen.

Floor Plan availability to all users
All users in all groups should be able to see the floor plan of where all users are sitting, whether the seats be Fixed or Flexible desks.
Currently, a user can find all users within their group on the map, but users outside of their map only show the desk name in a list making it very hard to find other users.
Use case. Our management team has a different group of desks than our doers. Our doers cannot see on the map where the managers are sitting.

Vendor dashboard - desk floor plan
Vendor dashboard - cleaners. The dashboard shows a list of desks that need cleaning etc. Bearing in mind an organisation could have dozens of desks on each floor - it might be helpful for the cleaner to be able to see a floor plan showing where the desk is located, to make it easier to find.

List rooms that are available on home screen.
On Home screen, list all the rooms that are available for next hour, based on default settings of location by user. This will speed up process to search by user.

Default value for duration of meetings
Add default value for duration of meetings I'm booking, most cases it's one hour. In this way end time of each meeting I book is already filled in and will most of the time not require to type in by user.

Mark desks for closure for more than one individual day
It would be helpful to have the ability to lock down several individual days so that they CANNOT be booked (ie. move open desks to closed). For instance we are closed Tues/Thurs but Condeco currently only allows us to close desks en masse one day at a time.

Booking desk for a week
While finding or booking a desk for a week, every time the User have to click on all days of the week if need to book for the entire week. Instead of that, we can have a book for entire week checkbox that automatically selects all days in a week, so that the User can book desk quickly in a single click for the week.

Room cleaning scheduler
Would it be possible to have a scheduler for room cleaning alongside the desk cleaning scheduler?
Rooms need to be sanitised after each use and although we can add clean-down time to bookings, there is no scheduler I know of available for vendors to manage the cleaning of rooms. It could be similar to how it works for desks.1 vote -
delete the notification email when a meeting is not confirm
When a meeting is declined or auto-Bump, there is a notification send to all the participants. We want to send it just for the organiser and not for the participant. Otherwise this can be confusing.

More accurate sign Issue statement.
I'd like to have a more accurate Issue summary for offline signs. Specifically, a more precise summary of how long a sign has not been responsive instead of jus ' Not seen in the last 60 minutes'. The sign could be off for days and still have the same message.

change menu layout
rather than two menu categories for 'rooms' and 'desks', combine into one category and just provide drop down when booking rooms or desks. This way you dont need to have multiple menu options, and can manage all desk and room bookings in one place, rather than having to view and amend them separately.

use desk screen to manage cleaning
Could the desk screen show the status for cleaning pending and closed ? Also it would be much easier to manage the cleaning if the cleaning crew could badge a desk screen with cleaning pending to confirm completion. Vendor identified in the system could be the only ones to badge the cleaning pending screen

Option to limit the number of bookings
It would be useful to have a limit for each floor (which can be set on or off) to the number of bookings allowed per day. So if the limit is 15, when a 16th person tries to book for the particular day, they get a message to say that the day's limit has been reached. A limit at building level would also be useful in case there is a total number limit for the building.
