Date view
From the "book a personal space" window you should be able to toggle to the next date or have a drop down calendar so you don't need to go back and forth to see what desks are available or where colleagues are sitting.

Default views difficult to navigate
Website layout is confusing and difficult to navigate. Today view and search of very little help and difficult to navigate. Suggest change to floor plan view (visual) by default

Is it possible to extend the personal space calendar so you can book further ahead than a month.

If my colleagues booked on behalf, even though particular employee can able to view his booking and modify self.
My colleague had booked the slots on behalf of me on future dates.
Point 1- In my login I am unable to see booking dates, even though others are booked.
Point 2 - I may need to modify the dates, even though that also not possible.

I just got my Condeco access.
One question in respect to browser bookmark:
Is there a possibility to have the user name filled directly in to login mask?
As I am the only one using my PC that would avoid unnecessary typing.Regards

The cancellation link shared in the booking confirmation email sent when a user books a room via OWA (RF) should be make clickable
- A User books a Meeting Room via Room Finder from OWA
- The User receives a Booking confirmation email from Condeco
- At the bottom of the booking confirmation email, there is a cancellation link
- This Cancellation link is deep-linked and the user simply has to click on the link which opens up Condeco Web Application and click on Cancel button which cancels the booking
- However when a User books a room via OWA (RF), the booking confirmation email that the user receives has the cancellation link, but its not clickable/deep-linked
- The user has to manually copy the entire URL, paste it…

Desk Bump Reminder Notice too short
Reminder for Desk bump needs to come in much earlier than 10 minutes before desk expires.
I book a week in advance and forgot to revalidate the booking and was in a meeting when the reminder came up. If it had come up at the start of the day, say 9:00 this would be better for the users.4 votes -
Enhancements for finding colleagues
You should be able to:
1. See a list of everyone with a booking on a certain day. This will help deciding to meet in person.
2. See a list of all bookings for a colleague. Then you can decide to go in on the same day.1 vote -

It would be helpful to have numbers on the desks so we can easily find the seat we are supposed to be sitting in especially as the building is so new and we aren't yet familiar with the layout

Check-in time only appears after 08:00
When I arrive in the office before 0800 I am not able to check-in to my desk. This appears to change at 08:00. Please could this be changed to a more suitable time like 06:00?

Feedback mechanism
It would be good to be able to feedback on meeting spaces (a room I had booked was still occupied so I had my meeting in another meeting space but then got an email saying I had not started the meeting - if I had a feedback mechanism I could have reported that I was not starting my meeting due to a previous meeting overrun)

Floor options 'All' is missing for month and week views
Condecco has changed.
The floor option for 'All' has been removed from the month and week views.
This option is a requirement and needs to be returned.
Unsure why this was removed in the first place and not sure why workspace was added as it is of no use1 vote
