Meeting Notifications - Wording for the 5 minute reminder
Condeco release notes:
"We've added a new option to the meeting reminder on the booking form. You'll now be able to select 'just before meeting start' to get a reminder about 5 minutes before your meeting starts."This is a good idea however it would make more sense if the wording was "5 minutes before meeting start".

Ability to search "your bookings" page by the meeting title
My users have asked for the ability to search the your bookings page by the meeting title instead of paging through to the meeting date.

A safeguarding menu is required to prevent any global admin user from accidentally deleting any locations or any rooms
An important safeguarding separate menu is required to prevent any accidental deletion of any locations or any rooms.

Block out Director rooms from booking system
Some rooms appear on the room booking system (eg F526 and F626) but these are actually Director rooms and you are kicked out if you try to go to these rooms, even though you have booked a room on the system. DIrector rooms should be flagged on the system and people should not be able to book them as it has caused lots of issues eg interviews having to be delayed because the panel are kicked out the meeting room booked.

Please can the catering note field in the report field name be editable it should state Note so any information regarding the booking can be captured here.
