There needs to be the possibility to sort 'Location' in alphabetical order. Promotes a significantly better overview

Ability of searching a date range when using the "Find a colleague" option
Being able to search a date range, either in the app or web browser would be beneficial and more convenient.

This will grant the ability to see a colleagues schedule over the next 5 weeks to bring the web application in line with the mobile application.Â

Locate a colleague
The find a colleague button doesn't work. I can find them on the search but when I got to view them using the "view" button it doesn't work.

Fix the find a colleague function when office is full
Currently Find a colleague doesn't display the floor plan when you click View, if the office is full. Instead it says 'no spaces' and takes the user to a different page.

A bunch of usability features
I like the app but it feels really much at the beginning.
Navigating through it is bulky and a lot of times quite unintuitive.A few ideas I
d love to see in the future:

Have a button to show the floorplan from the today view.
In Floorplan show the date and provide possibility to switch dates to see who sits where when

We've just released a new version of the Condeco app which allows you to see who is sitting where from the Today page and Search page! You can easily switch between different groups and floors when viewing the floor plan. We've also added the employee pin to user profile.
We are looking into auto-check in when a user enters the building. This will work in tandem with our new 'Intelligent booking' feature that auto books a desk when a users location is set.Â
As for the screens, it is possible to register your card on a meeting room device. The process is to present a new card and when it is not recognised, enter your pin. The card will then be paired.Â

Move the 'post an idea' lightbulb so that it is not in the way
Please move the 'post an idea' lightbulb image across on the screen as you can no longer use your arrow to scroll down the screen

We’re happy to let you know that in our latest update, we’ve moved the idea lightbulb and replaced it with a ‘Suggest an Idea’ link within the top toolbar. We’re sorry to anyone who had trouble clicking on the book button when trying to reserve a room.
Please Note: Your Condeco application will need to be updated to the latest version (in accordance with your organisations update policy) for you to see the change.

Room selection: only display available rooms in the dropdown
The process for selecting available rooms on existing room booking needs to be reengineered.
When changing the date/time for existing room booking, the room dropdown should not list any booked rooms since it is not possible to book. The current functionality allows to see available rooms only after you click on “show more available room” in the dropdown.
This is counterintuitive and confuses our users. My suggestion would be to list only available rooms in the dropdown and then have something like "List all rooms" option at the bottom in case someone needs to look at the booked rooms.

Make the Booking ID more visible
Would it be possible to highlight the Booking ID in the overview windows of the bookings or make it more visible?

A consistent weekly/monthly view on the booking grid
- We would like the weekly/monthly view to show the colour of the meeting which is set as Booking Type we use this to differentiate between internal staff/external guests.
Guests always have priority over internal meetings. We want everyone to know when a meeting is 'external' so attendees know to clean up.

Booking Grid: Time to be displayed on both sides of the grid
When using the booking grid to view time slots, the times are only currently displayed on the left hand side of the grid.
Can the times be added to the right hand side of the grid to make it easier when viewing the booking grid on large widescreen PC monitors?
As additional to this, when hovering over a booking on the grid, can the pop-up show what the actual timeslot is for that booking (start to end time), saving you from opening that booking (similar to how the hover over function works in Outlook calendar).

Freeze the top row in ADVANCED GRID, so that the Timeline is always visible even when scrolling down
This will make the Advanced Booking Grid easier to use

Ability to create a meeting reminder at 0 hours (when the meeting starts)
A meeting reminder should be allowed on 0 hours before the meeting- so right at the meeting start.
Or the timescale should be selectable from hours into minutes. Currently 1 hour before meeting start is the minimum.4 votesWe have added a new option to our meeting reminder feature which sends an email approx 5 minutes before the meeting starts. This is available in the latest version.

Make it easier to identify all admin users within the system
We would like to be able to identify all admin users across all regions and to manage configuration related changes better
Whilst there is a report that currently shows "all users", it does not give us any visibility of their access rights.

We’re happy to announce that in our latest update we have improved the User Report in our Advanced Reports module. You can now generate a list of all users, admins and vendors in the application along with their access level.
Also, in our new User Management module (available soon), you will be able to generate a list of admins with a column showing exactly what country, locations or groups they administer.
