Please add more Meeting Room (resource) sort columns
I need to be able to sort by more fields in order to pinpoint rooms better. Example - Currently I am updating all rooms to have exchange mailboxes. I have absolutely no way of seeing which rooms have mailboxes unless I click into every single one. This is time consuming and prone to error.

Book a personal space: All | None feature, make it available for users
Dear Condeco, we would like to suggest to change a feature available in Condeco under Book a personal space.
When a person has Admin rights, under Book a personal space there is an option to select all the days once or none of them (feature All | None).
This is not available for the users.
We propose to have it available also for the users as it is a friendly user function in Condeco and the users will like it at all.
It will be helpful for all the users.

Ordering of Resources appearing in the Booking Grid
Allow for a more efficient way to reorder the resources for the booking grid. Currently they default to the order they were added in. To add something in the middle of a sequence you have to click the up or down arrow potentially hundreds of times. Provide drag and drop functionality or some speedier way to resort, perhaps something similar to how you can sort a table in Excel allowing for compound rules. Sort by Column A then by Column C

select who should receive admin emails (Deletion or creation emails) and provide the ability to turn off these emails.
In a large organisation with 1000+ joiners and leavers a week. The email traffic created by notificaitons is Spam. also, beacuse you cannot change or select who recieves these emails. a random Admin is selected, sending unwarranted emails to that admin.

Allow management of Room Attributes via UI
Allow an administrator to manage Room attributes via the UI in the same way that they can manage Personal Space attributes through Meta Administration. Currently a Service Request is needed to make any changes in attributes for Rooms

Enable configuration of availability of Personal space Resource to specific time of the day i.e. only available from 9 am to 3 am
Can we please enable configuration of availability of Personal space to specific time of the day and have it reserved for remainder of the day. By doing so we can enable availability of Desk when not in use by an employee.

Grant additional booking forecasting to admins
Enable admins to book in advance of other users for personal and meeting spaces. This would empower organisations that use executive/personal assistants to ensure leadership diaries were managed more effectively

group administration tab for location admins and group admins
Please make it possible for location admins and group admins to administrate the groups.
Currently, only country admins have access to this, but we have too many locations inside of one country and we need that location admins to have the option to administrate the group under the location.

Email Template : extend max. character in "To" field.
Email Template : currently Condeco has a maximum of 255 characters in the "To" field in the email template on group level.
In order to add more email addresses the max character number needs to be extended.1 vote -
Keep search when clicking back in Browser
Currently when you are searching and you click into a resource, clicking back in your browser completely resets the search criteria. This is very annoying when you are looking at rooms to make changes

Prioritize 'Personal space' at top of left panel vs. 'Meeting space'
It would be better to have 'Personal spaces' prioritized at top of the left hand panel over 'Meeting space' to help avoid confusion. Most folks use it to book a workstation so that should be at the forefront of usability! It's not as intuitive in its current state and this flip would help with that!

Change history for groups
In the option "Application Setup" => "Groups" show in the sub-option "Edit Name / Deployment" or in a new sub-option "Change history" following information for each Group:
- Created by user and on date
- Last change by user and on date

Group management on Location level
Introduce group creation & management on Location level additionally to existing Country level. So that Location Admin(s) can create & manage own groups that are only valid for the specific Location and that cannot be changed by Location Admin from other Location.
Background:
You might need to manage hundreds of groups in one country e.g. in case that you have high amount of locations in one country and each location need to have several groups with different booking rules (e.g. due to local regulations aligned with workers counsel) that are valid only in this location.

Personal Spaces booking period should be a location setting not Global, we have some sites that want half day and others full day.

Copy group setup between countries
It is not possible to copy group configuration on country level. Just within a country.
Therefore, it should be possible to either create group templates for reuse or be able to copy group configuration between countries.4 votes -

When moving users from one building to another we are requesting to be able to modify multiple groups at once in bulk. To either remove or provide access for multiple users.

Allow selection of recurring days when assigning flexible desk bookings in resources
When assigning a desk (resource) on a flexible basis at present the system asks for a start and end date or assigns the desk until further notice for a user. It would be useful to have the functionality to assign a desk (resource) like you would a recurring calendar invite and book the desk for a user on say every Wednesday or once a month etc. Instead you have to assign the desk to a user and then release it on the days you don't want the bookings.

Change Military Time to 12 hrs, AM/PM
Currently, the clock/time is in Military Time. Change the clock/time to 12 hours using AM/PM since this is the format most people view the time.

All Global admin should be able or have an option to receive notification of user deletion
Currently, only the first designated Global Admin present in the database is receiving notifications after the nightly user deletion job is run.
Can all global admin receive or have an option to receive or not.
