  1. Floor Plan Administration for Desks: Move multiple desks at once

    While positioning desks on the uploaded floor plan in the Desk-Administration, an administrator can only move one desk at a time. Moving multiple desks at once (e.g. while adding a new floor or uploading a updated floor plan with a slightly resolution) would greatly reduce the time to set up and update the floor plans for the end users.

  2. Option to turn off session timeout

    There should be an option to turn off time out when admin users are not interacting with the web portal.

    Currently when an admin user is away from the desk for over 30 mins, the user is forced to close the connection and relogin which can be time consuming if a user needs to find info quickly from the portal.

  3. Allow multiple tabs or windows open consecutively

    Especially for admins, it would be extremely helpful to allow for multiple tabs and browsers to be open at the same time. This would allow administration and troubleshooting to be much faster.

  4. Multi-Country Level Admin Role

    Condeco allows an Admin to be given Country Admin only for one particular Country and not multiple countries. We need to allow a Country Admin for Country X to also be the Country Admin for Country Y.

    We will look to allow Country Admins to be assigned to multiple countries. This will be consistent with how Location and Group admin spaces are assigned.

  5. Allow user import and DCS file upload by admins

    Enable customer admins to upload their own DCS and bulk user import files without having to open ticket to condeco support

  7. Bulk "Move to Group" option in Resources

    Currently having to move 300 desks into a specific group over 2 floors, its taking hours on end, this feature would allow movement of desks and resources to various groups with a few clicks and not thousands!

  8. Auto sort rooms when adding rooms to groups

    Would it be possible to have an auto sort it is extremely time consuming when adding rooms to groups and you have 120 meeting rooms and you are trying to add a room on the second floor it take ages to drag it to the relevant order, where as an auto sort will just sort the rooms in order.

  9. When editing desks it would be a lot easier if the system would take me back to the page I'm on rather than take me back to the beginning

    When editing desks on page 5 (for example), it would be a lot easier if the system would then take me back to page 5 once I've edited a desk. At the moment, every time I edit a desk I get taken back to the first page when I come out of the desk I've just edited. We have 14 pages of desks so it's getting a little bit confusing and is taking longer than it should

  10. Add the ability to enable/disable booking mail notification per user

    In user profile will be graceful have a flag to enable/disable mail notification about booking events, so that each user can choose what event will be notified in his/her mailbox.

    Condeco goes in "Stand By" mode too quick. Frequent users like our receptionists has to click "resume" button often. Ideally, we should be able to configure per tenant the idle time in the application.

  12. Allow to override the number o Slots per Week for a user group by group

    Today is only possible to override the user permissions for all groups at the same time (on the Preferred Attributes tab). Sometimes an Admin is requested to add extra slots for one user in an specific group and it is not possible

  13. Enable copy and paste functionality on user management when creating accounts

    Once this functionality got disabled, it started affecting our service. Normally, we create hundreds of accounts which now consumes a lot of time, and all details must be triple checked in order to not make mistakes. If it got enabled, it would improve our productivity.

  14. Remember floor selection when editing resources

    When in resource editor (specifically meeting rooms, but I would assume others as well), when you select a location then edit a resource, it remembers the selected location. If you select a location and a floor, it forgets the floor every time you edit a resource. Please have it remember the floor selection as well.

  16. Make it easier for admin to prioritise updated room requests that need approval

    Currently for managed bookings, when using the 'All' filter, a request that was approved and then updated shows the word 'New' in grey but we want it to be a different ‘new’ than the ‘new’ items that haven't been updated as these are more urgent and will stop users losing the room.

    As it is updated and was previously approved it needs to be actioned before it is missed.

    There should be the possibility to add columns e.g. "Meeting Title" to the Requests view (Room Booking > Requests). This would help the administrators to prioritize meetings

  18. More granular user access management capability

    We would like to see a more granular level of 'user administration'. We would like to remove the User Permission privileges for group and location administrators. This is because user access privileges must be restricted to a very small central group of administrators in order for us to adequately control administrator access. We do still need the administrators to add users to restricted groups and to run contact tracing.

  19. Request addition of Scrollbars for un-positioned items in Floor plan administration

    Addition of individual Scrollbars for un-positioned items and Floor plan in Floor plan administration. This will help admins to find desk numbers in un-positioned items without loosing location on floor plan while scrolling entire page.

    Please note – Un-positioned items column must be frozen.

    When there are very large floor plans with very many desks it is currently awkward to locate the unpositioned desk icon and its position on the floor plan.

  20. An easier way to allocate services to a room - especially when you have a lot of services

    It would be helpful if there was an auto allocate

    When a site has many rooms, you need to allocate all the services to that room which is extremely time-consuming when you have a lot of services.
