Add warning: Deleting resource group
Add a prompt or note that advises admins that deleting a resource group will delete any resources that are in that group.
This is not stated in any documentation.

Admin access level for reporting
Would like to suggest to add another admin access level only for reporting. Where in an admin user will only have capability to generate or create a reports for all locations or countries.

It is not clear which bookings have already been processed ("Approved for billing") --> extra column or filter option possible?

Rental Cost for Rooms
Room costs per room must be maintainable. There must be the possibility of maintaining the room costs per day as a flat rate (regardless of the duration of the meeting). A cost overview for the customer is essential. Today it can only be maintained in a roundabout way (minimum costs on an hourly basis). The daily costs must then be taken per day, even if a room booking extends over several days. Currently, it is not clearly visible to the customer that the costs for the room booking are a flat rate, which is not justifiable.

Allow multiple tabs or windows open consecutively
Especially for admins, it would be extremely helpful to allow for multiple tabs and browsers to be open at the same time. This would allow administration and troubleshooting to be much faster.

Add City and Organization (free text field) into SCIM
Field for "city" to be added to the application + allow free text for "organization" -> both categories should be also added to SCIM (so that at the moment of new user creation also city and organization is populated in condeco profile).

Bulk "Move to Group" option in Resources
Currently having to move 300 desks into a specific group over 2 floors, its taking hours on end, this feature would allow movement of desks and resources to various groups with a few clicks and not thousands!

When uploading floor plans on condeco admin, application setup. The floor number appears but not the alternative name.
When uploading floor plans on condeco admin, application setup. The floor number appears but not the alternative name. Doing this, makes uploading maps with alt names easier to find, other than gathering the info from locations and then having to reference it.

Multi-Country Level Admin Role
Condeco allows an Admin to be given Country Admin only for one particular Country and not multiple countries. We need to allow a Country Admin for Country X to also be the Country Admin for Country Y.
23 votesWe will look to allow Country Admins to be assigned to multiple countries. This will be consistent with how Location and Group admin spaces are assigned.

Floor Plan Administration for Desks: Move multiple desks at once
While positioning desks on the uploaded floor plan in the Desk-Administration, an administrator can only move one desk at a time. Moving multiple desks at once (e.g. while adding a new floor or uploading a updated floor plan with a slightly resolution) would greatly reduce the time to set up and update the floor plans for the end users.

Allow colleagues to see my status and personal space location’ should supersede group settings
Currently the visibility of bookings on the booking grid is controlled by the ‘view other users bookings’ option on the group level.
When users opt-out of ‘Allow colleagues to see my status and personal space location’ on their profiles, we expect the user’s privacy choice will supersede group settings and hide the users' bookings on the booking grid regardless of the fact that ‘view other users bookings’ is enabled on a group level.

Alias Function on Enterprise Site
Allow admin accounts to alias as different users to test what the site looks like for different users with different permissioning.
This will also be helpful for trainings and demos to illustrate what the site will look like for the end user based on their permissioning.1 vote -
More granular user access management capability
We would like to see a more granular level of 'user administration'. We would like to remove the User Permission privileges for group and location administrators. This is because user access privileges must be restricted to a very small central group of administrators in order for us to adequately control administrator access. We do still need the administrators to add users to restricted groups and to run contact tracing.

Force sync feature (to force a sync between Condeco and Exchange)
We want to be able to click a button to force the sync between Exchange and Condeco as and when we need to. We are facing a lot of issues with auto-cancelling of bookings. If we have a button to force the sync, that functionality should be able to refresh the connection and remove any conflicts that are occurring with Condeco and Exchange too.

Limited Admin Access to User Management Only
Meeting Rooms booking - system. Currently, there is no way to limit the Admin access to User Management only. If we would want the Front Desk/1st line, to do the user management(add/remove/Email PIN) we would have to allow for global access. The Global, Regional, Local admin groups are pretty much irrelevant in that sense. The implementation of a Users Admin Group Level would be very useful in limiting access to the rest of the setup, ideally, this access level will only be able to add basic user accounts.

Sort group options when creating resource
When creating a new resource, Group selection list is sorted by what I assume is the database ID so they are listed in order of creation - oldest first. Please sort by the group names so that options can be easier to find.

‘Region’, ‘Location’ and ‘Group’ dropdown fields should be expanded while mapping the Condeco rooms to Exchange mail boxes via web app,
- An Admin while mapping the Condeco rooms to Exchange mailboxes via web app, navigates to -> Application Setup -> Exchange Room Mapping;
- In the Room Mapping pop-up window, the ‘Region’, ‘Location’ and ‘Group’ dropdown fields cannot be expanded to show the values.
- It thus becomes very difficult to guess what’s further behind the name. Especially painful when there are multiple locations starting with the same name
Suggestion : It would be good if these fields are expanded, so that mapping would be done easily when we have multiple regions, locations and groups starting with the same name, without any confusion.

Delete all cost centers at once (or even by page) instead of deleting one by one
We have new cost centers to upload each month and we need to remove the old cost centers before the new ones go on but its take so much time as we have up to 15000 cost centers to remove.
Could there be a 'select all' button to remove all cost centers at the same time.2 votes
