Allow for the customisation of ALL possible email templates from Condeco
Not all email templates are customisable.
For example, the activation of a suspended user cannot be customised. This causes significant issues for SSO customers because the URL and instructions cause more confusion.
Allow for the customization of ALL possible emails coming from Condeco.,

The notification for the Start of a meeting currently has the eMail-Body "Meeting Start Body" and can not be edited? >.<"

Agree to all. It would be much more beneficial in response emails for bookings to be able to list our internal links (such as our facility and IT help desk links). None of our users are going to click on the default marketing link and expand beyond what's already been contracted.

I agree with these statements made in this thread.
Currently our enviornment supports desk check-in and is solely used for desk booking for context.
The email templates for desk bumps and desk release have to be done by sending Condeco Support the email template you would like. This isn't practical for testing if the template works since every edit needs to be sent back and forth. When I have put in request they have not came out correctly at times and the parameters are unclear unfortunately.
Takeaway: Giving the admins set parameters and instructions on what they can use for email templates and ability to access all email templates would be an amazing game changer for those who use/manage the product (admins) and for Condeco's Support team.

I agree with all comments below. Especially if you have non-english speaking employees it's important, to customize all e-mails from condeco and add your own information (like helpdesk mail adress oder telephone number).

Currently if we want to customize email notifications, we need to log an enhancement. Please provide us with a simple html editor and a set of variables so that we can do this ourselves! spare yourselves the pain!!!!

Email templates should be defined globally at the application level and then applied to all / selected groups as an option. The overhead alone for setting up email templates in onerous at best and time consuming.
