An error occurred while saving the comment Chase Martin commentedI agree with these statements made in this thread.
Currently our enviornment supports desk check-in and is solely used for desk booking for context.
The email templates for desk bumps and desk release have to be done by sending Condeco Support the email template you would like. This isn't practical for testing if the template works since every edit needs to be sent back and forth. When I have put in request they have not came out correctly at times and the parameters are unclear unfortunately.
Takeaway: Giving the admins set parameters and instructions on what they can use for email templates and ability to access all email templates would be an amazing game changer for those who use/manage the product (admins) and for Condeco's Support team.
The email templates that I know that can't be accessed are (I'm sure there are more):
- Reminder for Desk Bump
- Desk Bumped
- Desk ReleaseApologies for the longwinded comment and thank you!

An error occurred while saving the comment Chase Martin commentedI agree with this sentiment. It would be much easier to have all desk bump templates be editable from the same location as the other email templates such as Desk Booking Confirmation and Cancellation. Currently this has to be done by Condeco from my experience and being able to test templates is a bit difficult when this is the case. Desk Bump can only occur at a certain time of day as well
In addition to what Zuzana said, I think making it the release desk templates editable would be nice as well because the same difficulty occurs and process.
Thank you
