 commentedI agree with all comments below. Especially if you have non-english speaking employees it's important, to customize all e-mails from condeco and add your own information (like helpdesk mail adress oder telephone number).  Test User

I agree to this. Bulk editing ressources to add them to other groups or to change the desk attributes (e.g. after upgrading all monitors) would save a lot of time.
