User Management: Ability to delete old SSO authenticated accounts
With the standard user creation, you have the ability to suspend, delete, update as necessary accounts within the system.
However for SSO authenticated users, you only have the ability to suspend a user, not delete. I'd like the ability to remove users that have left the business from the Condeco database.
I'd also like to see this tied into another functionality where existing users can be transferred to another booker if this person is to host meetings.
The Admin functionality should have much more granular control of what can be done to individuals in the Condeco database.

We are delighted to tell you that these features are now available in our latest release.
We will need to update your site to the latest version, so please contact Condeco Support to arrange a time and date that is suitable for your business.
Thank you for continuing to raise ideas on UserVoice.

I am keen to understand a bit more about the need to transfer existing users to another booker for hosting meetings.
What are you trying to achieve with this?

Deleting a user from the application (database) creates orphan bookings, and the bookings do not appear in the report.
Deactivating a user from the application should be the standard approach in case you do not wish to see the user coming up in searches (booking a room/ booking a desk).

Would you still want to be able to see old accounts in the product (i.e. for reporting purposes) but with an inactive state next to their name?
Can you provide a bit more insight into how having old accounts deleted from the system would improve the experience
