Notification for Meeting Room requests to Group Admins
When a Meeting Room must be requested a notification should be able to be setup to notify the Group Admins for that resource. As it currently stands, there is no way to ONLY notify admins for a specific group. If a user requests a meeting room in Group A, only the Administrators for Group A should be notified. Otherwise, if you have multiple groups, Admin will potentially get flooded with requests that they cannot approve.

Due to the large number of historical requests, we are closing some suggested ideas so that we can focus on more recent and popular ones. This item was closed because it was over two years old and had less than 5 votes. If you still feel your idea is important and should be rereviewed please feel free to create a new UserVoice submission.

Hi Jamie, the email templates can be configured on a per group basis so you can add specific email addresses to the 'To' and 'CC' fields of the 'Booking request' email template

This feature would simplify all approval notifications for booking managed spaces.
Currently the work around is using third party methods for the notifications.
If there was a email template that would message the group admins for the spaces would greatly simplify approving requests.

This severely impacts our use of meeting rooms. We do not have the resources to have group admins checking Condeco regularly to see if there is a new request. And, we cannot have ALL group admins get notified when there is a request for a specific group resource.
