Catering Create Before option needs to exclude weekends/give working hours option
It is not useful to have create before or by a certain time UNLESS you can also exclude weekends/specify catering available working hours so these rules are effective. Having people place orders on a Friday for Monday for example is no good for us - we don't have anyone here ordering and making food over the weekend. This is critical functionality that should be available in the product and many have asked for this over the years. Please revisit this.

would be good to have a catering/kitchen closure time to be set and the system calculates for this as well.

Agree with both of the posts, the weekend/48hrs is a major issue.

This is ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL, and I cannot believe that it's not a standard in the system. As things stand we require 48 hours notice for catering orders, but users can go into the system at 8am on a Saturday and order 20 cooked breakfasts for a meeting at 9am on Monday.
It is IMPOSSIBLE for the catering team to meet this request in a business that closes for the weekend!Your support analysts suggestion was to go into the system late on a Friday and change all lead times to 72 hours, then go in early on the Monday and change them all back to 48 hours. Not gonna happen.
Sarah Reed made this suggestion more than 6 months ago. Please deal with it.
And whilst you're at it, please allow easier access to this forum. It's bonkers needing my FOURTH password for yet another Condeco/Eptura portal, and discourages feedback (or is that the plan?).
