Multiple closure option is critical for managing resources professionally, the ability to schedule closures for planned maintenance as well as emergency works scenarios will reduces the frustration of Users having their meetings cancelled by admins at short notice.
For example i have a current room closure between Jan '25 and March '25 for building works. The 2nd part of this planned project takes place between June '25 - Jan '26.
I cannot put the closure in place which means staff are still booking the resource.

I agree with this suggestion.
There needs to be an administrator layout view of the personal space resources per floor. It is not practical to go through each Group to to view the assigned personal spaces.We are currently having to screen shot, transfer to powerpoint and overlay the images to create this ourselves.

This is a requirement that we have within our company now. We have a certain group of staff who will always be present on specific days and need the use of specific set of desks.

We have the same issue at our company, our Cost Codes have expiry dates related to project end dates.
We therefore need to Import the latest version of Cost Codes each month and remove the expired codes.The option to Delete all and Import a fresh CSV would save a massive amount of time and staffing resource, rather than having to search for individual codes to be removed

This is critical functionality. Often wondered why we are asked to complete a reason for closure box when the information is not provided to the end user via the cancellation email.
This would save a lot of email time.
