    Absolutely critical as not much use when people order on a Friday/Saturday for Monday when you require notice to order the items. This is basic functionality that should be present in the product.

    We have lots of individual furniture settings and break out spaces with no booking screen so having a QR code to book would make life much easier for all.

    Please can Condeco introduce the ability to BOOK a resource (room, desk etc) by the QR Code. We have open spaces i.e. huddles, tables dotted around that users wish to book. It's difficult to name each one without introducing lots of signage around the office and hard for the user to navigage through location, group etc. to find the individual tables/break out spaces. Much better if a QR code takes them straight to the resource to book it.

    Funny how so many of us keep asking for this and have been for quite some time! Please introduce a way of searching Condeco - this is such an easy win!

    Expecting our users to know they have to tick this to send their visitor a welcome e-mail including our H&S instructions and directions is destined to fail. It should 100% be automatic that this goes to each and every visitor and for exceptions (can't think why you would not want the e-mail to go) maybe have the option to untick.

    Agree. However, I feel that any change to the booking really ought to be flagged visually on the dashboard - no caterer has time to look for e-mails for last minute cancellations, room moves or catering changes - plus as you've highlighted the e-mail doesn't say what has changed so this currently is very unhelpful anyway.

    This is a huge issue for us too. We have lots of different services we need to add to any new meeting rooms we create, and finding each service and adding the new meeting room to it one by one is really time consuming!
