Hi Thomas, have you tried going to Reports > Resources > Resource Status Report > Run
If you then do the filters for the site and select duration as "Today" it will give you a snap shot in Excel of all the resources you have on that site or location.
Even tells you why its closed under "Reason" which i find helpful

have you tried to set the Cut-Off time for each vendor service item to 24 hours.
Application Setup > Services > Catering > then select the item and set cut off time to 24 hours it will then stop non admins from ordering that catering item before that time.

Similar to Meeting Space, it would be good to be able to right click and move a desk booking to an alternative desk in booking grid.
This would allow us to move peoples bookings when a desk needs to be closed due to a leak above it or if we need to fix a desk to a user for DSE requirements.
