Prior to contractor arrivals we identify whether they have had a Health & Safety Induction and, is something we have on our current Visitor Booking System. A Health & Safety field with a 'YES' or 'No' drop down would be useful for identifying visitors that require this.

We would also like to include country of origin as we are a secure site and carry out CPNI checks

It would also be useful to capture country of origin. We have a lot of international visitors and would like to be able to report on that.

Ideally, additional fields should be configurable for customers as different organisations have different requirements. Therefore it would be under admin configuration with the ability to set the additional fields as mandatory.

One thing missing in this visitor details form is the mobile field of the person visiting.

We have a concierge that use this form when they need to contact the user; however, if they cannot reach them on the landline there is no mobile number to contact on and this is the main way to reach people

Currently we dont have a system that captures visitors pictures, ideally if would be good if it was a function of the Condeco core product – would be good to be able to incorporate some features that would assist in keeping organisation in-line with GDPR … example; if a visitor hasn’t been to site for 12 month their image is deleted from the system (possibly).

3. Would be good to have an option to copy/scan the document.

4. This would be useful, also who they previously came to see would be useful, maybe only the last 5-10 visits.

Also, on point 2

The phone number and visitor pass number are separate fields. Can you confirm which part of the product you are looking at?

What do you mean by the phone number should be retrieved? Is that an integration suggestion?

Regarding the first one about Photograph's...are you using another system to take photographs that you would like Condeco to integrate with?

I second that request. If possible, can you make it a mandatory field. No visitor would come in and stayed perpetually in the building. There must be a departure time. This is good for accountability and in case of emergency.
