Search by last name for visitors
Currently there is no way to search by "Last name". May be in UK it is OK to search only by "First name", in DE and the rest of Europe this is not practicable.

It will be good if the search field can return the result for first name and last name

In Germany "Last name" is more popular and more polite to as a person about his name.
This is the difference to UK, where Condeco came from.
