Visitor details - Visitor Module
When a visitor is being added, the solution shall ensure the following information is mandatory:
• Visitor Name (First Name & Surname)
• Visitor Phone Number
• Host Name (First Name & Surname)
• Host Phone Number
• Pass Type
• Arrival Date/Time
• Departure Date/Time

For Interserve users, the solution shall display the following information as a summary for visitors for the current day:
• Visitor Name (First Name & Surname)
• Visitor Phone Number
• Host Name (First Name & Surname)
• Host Phone Number
• Pass Type
• Meeting Location (if meeting associated with the visitor)
• Arrival Time
• Actions (e.g. mark as arrived, departed, on break etc.) -

When a meeting is created and a visitor is being added at the same time (attendee), the solution shall ensure that the following information is mandatory:
• Visitor Name (First Name & Surname)
• Host Name (First Name & Surname)
• Host Phone Number
• Pass Type
• Arrival Date/Time (associated with the meeting)
• Departure Date/Time (associated with the meeting)
