To allow extraction of floor number and meeting room name in Visitor Pass

Client would like to display floor number and meeting room name on Visitor Pass. These fields can be empty if no room booking made for the visitor

    Client, MTR would like to extract and display floor number and meeting room name on Visitor Pass. It will be blank for visitor without any room booking made.
