I would prefer an option in visitor management where I can book only a food service without creating a meeting.

The background is that guests get a QR code printed on their visitor pass and can use it to get lunch in the canteen. If guests do not have an appointment, we therefore create fake-meetings and book the food service lunch in this fake-meeting.
