Condeco creates visits whenever a booking is made in Outlook via Add-In (Sync exchange) and a distribution list or a shared mailbox is put in the attendees. Please develop a rule hat enables us to signal to condeco that EVERY email address that ends with our company domain should NOT be recognised as a visitor. The workaround to create forms accounts for 1000 + DLs and other variants is not viable solution, especially when a distribtion list with 5000 ppl and all of them get the condeco wlecome email for the new account. Please take this request seriously as it's affecting Condeco integration in proxyclick as well.
