We have requirement to integrate Resource booking room booing facility with one of our Chat bot. Basically, we are looking for if we can take user data from chat bot and feed it to RB using API/web service to make booking on behalf of end users

Enhancement with Synch engine for filtering out Notification from O365
Team,
This is being highlighted with the CSM and product team . I am raising this FR request for an existing issue which is creating noise across amendment notification which is coming from Exchange. This needs to be factored across Product team so that enhancement can be done with Synch engine to improve the service by filtering out noise coming from O365 interface. Idea which has been discussed with Product team "• Condeco Sync could check for meeting changes in the data source and then NOT send the notification on to the API (ICONICS) and also triggering the email sending.…4 votes -

This is a request to increase the number of rooms returned by Bookings_RoomAvailability_v1.
This is a request to increase the number of rooms returned by BookingsRoomAvailabilityv1. Currently a maximum of 20 rooms and while I realise is for performance reasons, just a few more would cover the number of rooms we have on most but not all of our floors.

On the reporting tool, the users want to the see AV services information attached to the meeting room what they can see on the condeco application.

SCIM integration Standards
Update the SCIM integration to use the SCIM protocal standards for endpoint capitalization. The current use of lowercase in the 'users' and 'groups' endpoints does not allow functionality across all standards-compliant IdPs.

API that will retrieve all the booking created for specific data time range
Currently there are no endpoint to fetch all booking created in past “X” time period.
Currently the process would be
1) Get all desks
2) Get booking for each of the deskAbove process would be very time consuming as we may have to traverse thousands of desks.

API endpoints for data analytics
Current API endpoints are not useful for data analytics purposes. For example /api/v1/deskBookings requires either deskId or userId
So to get all desk bookings per day in order to analyse who is booking desks where, you have to write a process to get all deskids and then loop through them one by one, appending the results.
It would be better to have endpoint which provides all desk bookings, with optional parameters as filters.
This feedback would apply to pretty much every GET endpoint in the API

API - Maximo direct integration {embedded in Condeco Enterprises}
Background
Currently the Condeco API only has a very limited data set passed with their notification API for a new booking, it is understood by Interserve that this API only contains:
• The ID of the newly created booking
• The date of the new booking
For Maximo to be able to create the required work order containing details of the booking (location, date / time, requester etc) along with the associated services requested (refreshments, technical support etc) the current Condeco API would require Interserve to develop an interface to query two Condeco services:
• BookingsGetBookingsByBookingIdV1

HR Feed - Set user on "inactive" via sync process
The HR Feed tool should set a user on "inactive" within the user table via sync process if a user account is disabled or not longer available in the configured OU.

Populate user profile with user data from Single Sign On dialogue
As part of the single sign-on dialogue the first name, last name and email of the user is sent to Condeco. Currently Condeco does not use the information to populate a new user's profile. Auto-populating the profile would improve data integrity by reducing the chance that the user mistakenly or purposely enters the wrong data.

Floor plan improvement
When viewing the floor plan, automatically show workstations that have been booked and display the photo...if available of the individuals that's booked it instead of having to search and then click on the workstation to see this data.

User Story for the case#383418 - under desk booking-API
Dear CONDECO,
Below are the requirements:-
- Required:- We need Desks Booked and Desks Available from one table/API Itself as unable to join the different tables as lack of unique ID/Column, Current:- We have 2 different tables for each without any Unique ID/Column to join the both tables.
- Required:- We need to apply the filters before extracting the data from condeco especially date and country filters. Current:- We need to extract full data then will apply the filters.
- Required:- We need to refresh the Condeco table data as faster. Current:- Its taking at least 7-8 Hours to refresh the data.

Allow admin to booking outside the booking window in Outlook/Exchange
If the booking window is set to 4 months then admin (eg PAs) can book outside this for say the following year to book board meetings etc. This is possible in the App so need Outlook to understand the admin rights.

Provide monitoring information regarding system health status
To be update to date about the current system status is crucial to know about the latest status information for proper service provisioning. Otherwise end-users could not be informed in time in case of any system misbehavior.
Therefore the system health status is needed for the admin - this should be provided either by an API or a monitoring dashboard (here at least e-mails to admins shall be sent, in case of an outage).

As a Condeco customer, I'd like to integrate Condeco booking data with my internal data. Please make Condeco Azure table storage work with Azure Data Factory. Currently I can make connection to Condeco Azure Storage but cannot access data at table level.

Filter Room Availability results to only bookable rooms
Currently, the GetRoomAvailability API has a UserID filter which can display rooms that only the user has visibility to. However, we have many rooms which the user can view but will not be able to book, as they are in restricted groups.
Using this API, the full set of rooms are returned, even though many rooms are not bookable by the user, which leads to the user trying to book the room but unable to do so.

Additional API for catering management approval
We need an API for catering rejection of certain orders based on room booking details.
For example, Catering will be allowed only for room bookings of 4 hours and more, in case the booking was shorter and catering was ordered we can fetch the same by API and reject the catering order separately. The requestor shall get an email notification about the decline of his catering request.
