"All Floors" search option in Condeco Outlook Add-in
You should be able to search "All Floors" when looking for available Meeting Rooms using the Condeco Add-in in Outlook. People forget they have a default floor set, but they expect to see all rooms in the building. You should be able to have a default of "All Floors", or the ability to change the floor to an "All" option. This will save everyone time, and reduce support calls.
3 votesWe have updated the behaviour of the add-in so now the floor selected in your profile is your 'Preferred Floor'. When a user makes a search we now display the preferred floor first followed by all other available floors.

Desk Availability API Endpoint
Simillar to how the API has an endpoint to find available rooms based on search criteria the same should be created for desks.
This will allow an external system to use the API to see which desks are available at a given date/time and then potentially book the desk using the DeskBookingCreateDeskBookingV1.

The idea would be to have a full cloud journey with user provisionning and mapping thanks to Azure AD as it's the case today for many SaaS application.

API or Feed to allow third party devices read meeting info
We would like an API or XML feed so that we can read meeting details to third party devices such as airtame etc.
For example, if you use airtame or similar in your meeting rooms for presentations it would be good to display the current meeting information on the screen / time remaining, next meeting etc.

A one touch button or App that works with Zoom so that I can start the Zoom meeting when I walk in the room
We have currently deployed Zoom solution throughout our company for audio and videoconferencing, and we would like attendees/hosts to be able to press a button to join the meeting from a simple interface.
This need is very important for us because if the 2 solutions do not manage to discuss between them, we will meet big problems of use for the users.

You’ll be pleased to know that this is already available now.
Our understanding is that you want a user journey where users can go into a meeting room and join the meeting at the touch of a button. Some of the video conferencing companies such a Zoom and Skype have created “Zoom Room Systems” and “Skype Room Systems” that allow you do this.
With our Office365 sync feature you’ll be able to join the meeting when you walk into the room and press the button.

Integration with outlook rooms
Integrate with outlook rooms/locations so that you can see availability within the outlook calendar and scheduling assistant without having to dig into the ribbon app.
1 voteThis feature actually exists as Condeco Exchange Sync, whereas we synchronise availability in Condeco with Exchange room resources. Bookings can be made in either Exchange or Condeco, and be synched up either way.
