Include Department Info on Data Analytics Dump
Currently User Department is not part of Data Analytics Data, this makes it impossible to report on usage by Department. Request is to capture and include in Data Analytics Dump.

API - Maximo direct integration {embedded in Condeco Enterprises}
Background
Currently the Condeco API only has a very limited data set passed with their notification API for a new booking, it is understood by Interserve that this API only contains:
• The ID of the newly created booking
• The date of the new booking
For Maximo to be able to create the required work order containing details of the booking (location, date / time, requester etc) along with the associated services requested (refreshments, technical support etc) the current Condeco API would require Interserve to develop an interface to query two Condeco services:
• BookingsGetBookingsByBookingIdV1

Corsham - Meeting notification 15 mins prior
Currently the system provides a meeting notification 5 minutes before the meeting. There is a requirement that this be extend to 15 minutes prior to meeting start. Given the size of the building this will allow the host to make their way to the meeting room.

HR Feed - Set user on "inactive" via sync process
The HR Feed tool should set a user on "inactive" within the user table via sync process if a user account is disabled or not longer available in the configured OU.

HR Feed - enable to start browsing from a deeper OU
Currently you can only specify a single OU which shall be in the root tree.
In an internationa company it is most likely the relevant accounts are on a deeper level of the tree.
HR feed should be able to handle an OU string like: "OU=devisonx,OU=regionx,OU=userx,OU=alluser" to start searching from there.2 votes -
More than 50 characters for the username field
It would be great, if more than 50 letters could be entered in the username field in the user profile. Some users have a longer first name or surname or double names. Consequently, these users could also enter their full name after raising the maximum number of characters.

Raise screen connection incidents to servicenow
Integration to report and raise incidents in service management software, to allow the reporting of screen connection issues to service now. The connect portal offers useful information but, many organizations do not have the capacity for staff to be checking for new reports in connecting manually. The overnight reports are useful however by the time business hours begin the issues the reports are already 5-6 hours out of date. Having an automated incident process assigned to the support team in real-time takes away the need for checking the portal throughout the day or relying on customers to call the helpdesk…

Welcome Screen with information for the FrontDesk
It would be good to have a connection between the Welcome Screen at the FrontDesk and Condeco to show the guests who is coming this day.

We would like the ability to manually set permissions for users that won't be affected by syncs in AD Mapping
We use the HR Feed to set permissions in Condeco via Active Directory but would still like to be able to manually set permissions for users beyond that.
Currently, when a user has a manual permission set in Condeco, if a change occurs in Active Directory permissions are re-synced at the next run of HR Feed. This removes the manual permission set in Condeco.
We would like the HR Feed to ignore permissions for users that have manual been set as "manual"

We would like to have the HR feed to create new user accounts only when there is a new Username.
We would like the HR feed to create new user accounts when only there is a new username (CommonID). Currently the HR feed creates new user account when there is a combination of new username and ADGUID. The current system by design is flawed as we have cases where people will be rehired and will have a new ADGUID but the same username (CommonID) hence creating duplicate user accounts. When a user has duplicate user accounts they will get errors and will not be able to complete bookings in the application. We currently have a non-ending effort to constantly clean-up…

Can we build a small API/web service which interact with chat bot, take user inputs and book rooms on their behalf.
