Check availabilty/Book Space via QR Code or report issue
Currently the application supports QR Code Check-In capability. We would like to expand the capability of the QR Code to allow for the space to be booked in addition to check-in. This will provide a fuller experience for users allowing them to quickly reserve a space without going through steps to search for the space within the mobile app.

Desk Booking Periods
This may have been posted previously but I can't seem to find it.
Can Condeco be configured to allow desk bookings periods which are more flexible than just the AM/PM options?
For example, being allowed to book a desk for a 2 hour time slot.55 votes -
Set "favorite" spaces so that they can be booked quickly
Ability to set a list of favorite spaces such as desks, and rooms, and book from the list quickly.

Change the landing page after the Today Page to Desk Booking instead of Room Booking
Desk booking is used by more colleagues, more frequently than room booking, so having it as the first landing page would be a better user journey overall.
31 votesWe have altered the Today page to be part of the main application. This means users will still have 'Today' as their landing page, but they can go straight to Personal spaces afterward using the left navigation bar, rather than requiring users to 'Close' the Today page and be taken to the 'Meeting spaces' home page.

Today's Status - have more than 'working remotely', 'working in the office' and 'not working'.
Today's Status - have more than 'working remotely', 'working in the office' and 'not working'. Our staff can come into the office without booking a desk if they are likely to be in meetings most of the day (we're encouraging them to use touchdown spaces/kitchen etc as they won't need a desk for a long time), however their status is showing as 'working remotely'. Would be great if we could have control over statuses here.

Ability to invite to "Team Days" from the web application
The "Team Day" feature in the web application is great, however (as stated in another idea) some companies can't use the web application on personal mobile devices due to rigid security requirements.
Therefore, it would be great to not only be able to accept or decline invitations (coming from mobile) within the web application, but also to be able to create invitations in the web application.

When viewing floorplan, unable to see available desks
At the moment when we click on review floor plan we get a message saying there are currently no available Personal Spaces.
Before the recent update, this message only appeared if no desks where available. Since the update, this message appears all the time even though we know there are desks available.
When the floor plan is opened all available desk are showing grey & unavailable, before the update they would be showing green & available.
We were told by Condeco if we cancel our desks they will then appear in green, as administrator this is not what we want…
9 votesThe Today page and Home page 'Floor plan' buttons will now display the floor plan with spaces that are 'Available' shown in green. If a user already has the workspace types available booked then they will see a 'Swap' button instead of a 'Book' button which allows them to quickly change to a new space. We are looking to bring this enhancement to the 'Find your team' page in the near future.

Rerouting to Parking layout
Rerouting to Parking layout after booking a personal space. E.g., if someone books a personal space, he should be getting a pop-up to book a parking space as well rather than going back to select the floor. This means after receiving the notification of Desk has been booked, it should ask for "Do you need to book a Parking" with the option YES or NO. If YES, it should take the user to the parking layout or the list of Parking slots. I find it very convenient and easy about the user interface. Thanks, I hope I will get a…

Implementation of teams features
today the new team feature (Team Day) was presented, thank you very much, unfortunately this functionality is currently only available on mobile devices. We would like to use this functionality in the web frontend.

Book personal desks via Microsoft Teams
Please add the functionality to book desks within Microsoft Teams.
Right now you are working at a Teams integration for meeting rooms but this would also highly improve the user experience for personal desk bookings when users can book their desks via MS Teams.

QR Code Desk Booking
Please add the feature to book a desk via QR code.
This would allow users to walk up to a desk, scan the QR code with their phone camera(ideally outside the app) , and book it on the spot.
This would make booking a desk quick and easy.
