Enable Recurring Desk Bookings
A major blocker for a large portion of our company from using this is the inability to make recurring desk bookings. I know that a desk can be made "flexi", and released for others, but we have a situation where a group of, say, 50, is given 15 desks, and each person comes in 1 or 2 days a week.
eg:
John has desk 1001 on Mon/Tues
Sam has desk 1001 on Wed
David has desk 1001 on Thurs/Fri
Can a modification be made where these bookings can be set up to keep recurring each week, either indefinitely or for a period longer than the current 5 week limit?
Similarly, can the 5 week limit be raised?

We're interested in having the capability to make recurring desk bookings for specific days. At present, this isn't possible in the system, although it is for meeting spaces. I'd like to replicate the recurring booking feature we have for meeting spaces for desks, even if they need to be flexible. This would allow us to reserve them for specific teams on certain days.

This is a feature that is making us consider leaving the application for all the same comments made below. Please look into how this could be accomplished since we have to have admins do this for people because they don't want to have to remember to constantly have a reminder on their outlook to book a desk in the next 6 weeks and it is only on Mondays

Similar case where employees only need to be in 2-3 days a week. Many users don't want to go in to release their seat for the remaining days they aren't in. It would be great to designate a person with a perm seat but only for specific days like Tues/Thurs and make it recurring.

We have teams rotating different areas of the office on set days. This functionality would save teams having to book the same days each time.

There should be no "dates greater than advance booking request"
It's the 6th of Oct, I'm looking to book my seat for over a month so that it's there and that I don't have to repeatedly come back into the app day on day to check when it opens up and to waste time.
You should be able to at least book up to 3 months in advance to cover each quater but ideally there should be no limit on any single year.

Agreed - particularly during COVID we have teams rotating through the office on specific days to maintain business continuity and ensure groups don't overlap. Being able to set reoccurring bookings, or to set a desk as flexi/fixed on specific days of the week would be incredibly helpful.
This rotational structure that our company is implementing now will very likely continue past COVID, anyway, so the fix wouldn't just be for a temporary problem. We would definitely utilize this feature for the foreseeable future.
